Book Review: Poke the Box – Seth Godin
I’m an avid reader of Godin’s books, and if you’re the same, you’ll definitely enjoy Poke the Box. For those that don’t know Godin’s writing style well, you should know that this is a manifesto about starting. It’s short and punchy, to the point. And in his typical writing style, Godin provides short snippets of thoughts that leads to a key notion that resonates with you long after you’ve put the book down.
It’s a quick and easy read – the book is short, but it gets the main message across. You’ll probably spend most of your time digesting these small snippets, or writing notes on what you need to do next.
It will definitely leave you feeling inspired – feeling like you need to stop procrastinating, get the ball rolling with your life, or your next big project.
